"Happiness Ninja" is how I would like to call myself. I do all it takes to make customers happy. Right from onboarding them, guiding them to use the product, assisting them with their queries to liaising between the customer and the internal stakeholders, technical writing, webinars, product demos and videos. Uff!! Guess, I haven't missed out on anything. It has been a terrific 10 years of journey donning different hats to make the customers' life easier.
