PH upvotes vs. iOS rating

The other day i noticed something that didn’t make much sense so i thought i will ask you guys - some of the highly upvoted products had very few ratings/reviews on the apple app store. wonder why that would be? People don’t bother rating on iOS app store - i would imagine all these upvotes on Apple store would make that product sky rocket in Apple app store search?

Let’s talk about a decision that you made but …

are still not sure it was the right one. For a long time, I have been debating whether offloading my coding requirements is the right thing to do or not. ChatGPT has tilted the scale where i think i can move it all back into my camp but still not sure. What’s a decision that you have made but keep going back and revisit the other option. This makes me feel like I haven’t really learnt my lesson...

Getting into flow state

It is one of the most amazing feelings and we have experienced it from time to time. Lately, I am beginning to realize that it's not just a nice thing to have but almost a necessity. Best practices for niches on Reddit?

Reddit is pretty amazing for niches - Most of my customers are from Reddit - but, I struggle to build awareness for my product on a regular basis. This is probably a very common problem, I think. Have you experienced something similar? Any best-known practices for community forming/building on Reddit?

Do ads even work for solopreneur/bootstrapped products?

My experience with FB ads has been very poor - almost all of the engagement metrics have been from spam accounts. Probably depends on the size of your ad budget :)... What's been your experience?

How to get started with Journaling?

I have heard this question a few times now so I thought I will share my experience. In case, it helps someone else too. For several years, I have been journaling consistently. These days, I am mostly focused on penning down thoughts about building my apps. Lots of highs and lows - so I want to make sure I capture all of them. Anyway, back to how to get started with Journaling. One of the...
