Independence and flexibility! It's a great feeling when you know that your boss and teammates trust you and give you freedom when it comes to the work I do. Also, depending on the day and task, I prefer to work in evening or even night hours than regular 9-5. I love to have a choice and set up my own working habits. Unless you deliver great work at Tira.so - it doesn't really matter how and...

It depends on the specific situation in my case. Sometimes glass of water, sometimes physical activity. As an extrovert, I like to share my thoughts and emotions with others, so in most cases short discussion with anyone around me helps me :)

1. Getting enough sleep - without this, I cannot even speak about motivation at all. 2. Creating a working schedule that include short and long breaks. 3. Using productivity software, Tira. Everything I need is there. With chat, task management, project management, and a calendar all in one place, I donโt waste time switching between apps searching for missing information. Cheers! However, I...

In tira.so we limit meetings. If a meeting can be a message, weโll send the message. Unnecessary meetings are a massive waste of time. At Tira, we only have meetings when itโs an absolute necessity. For example, the marketing team has one set meeting a week to plan marketing activities and align on projects. Having meetings any more frequently than this would almost certainly be a waste of time...

For me it's definitely Pomodoro Technique! ๐๐
๐
๐
Being one of the most popular time management methods, the Pomodoro Technique is used by over 2 million people worldwide. The basic concept behind it is that it encourages people to work with the time they have rather than against it. The technique works by breaking your workday into 25-minute chunks that are separated by 5-minute breaks. The...

I got back to classics of the genre :D I'm currently reading "How to make friends and influence others" by Dale Carnegie. It's good to read such books from time to time and remind yourself about some basic rules that actually work! For example, I tend to forget about power of smile. :) It's usually the best ice-breaker!
