I build Karkium — an all-in-one CRM with a built-in AI assistant for small teams and service businesses (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, installations). Solo founder. Bootstrapped. Shipping end-to-end: multi-tenant architecture, AI Copilot, real-time GPS field ops, Telegram conversational agent, REST API, agent-ready protocols (MCP, OAuth discovery, WebMCP). The pitch is honest: $150 USD/month flat, 3 users included, everything inside, no tiers. The wedge is honest too: small teams are tired of stitching CRM + messaging + scheduling + field tracking into a Frankenstein. I post build-in-public updates on Medium and X.
