Outside of 1 on 1's, we also run all of our team meetings using Fellow to ensure that our agenda and action items recieve the proper attention and engagement. It's been a real difference maker for us in driving behaviour changes amongst managers and colleagues. Our mantra now is that if a conversation topic isn't in Fellow, it doesn't exist.
