Cal ID has quickly become my primary scheduling hub for sales calls, demos, and coaching sessions. It solves the classic “back-and-forth on WhatsApp/Email” problem by giving me clean booking links, multi-calendar sync, workflows, and automated reminders in one place.
What needs improvement
UI/UX Still Has Room to Improve
While the interface is generally clean, some parts of the UI can feel a bit cluttered or not as polished as older competitors. Other reviewers also mention that the UI could be refined further to match the smoothness of tools like Calendly.
For very non-technical users, the first-time setup of advanced features (workflows, routing, team events) can feel slightly overwhelming.

Cal ID’s team plan is also free, with unlimited team members and team workflows, which is rare in this category.
