Asking customers to leave a review seemed like a "task" and not always the best way to ensure a positive rating. With 5th Star, I can set a pop-up to display only to repeat customers (optional) asking them for feedback. If the feedback is positive, they get redirected to our Google Page. If it's not so positive, they're asked "What could we do to improve?" and that feedback gets sent directly...
