I help scale design operational excellence at Intuit, and lead the Design Tokens W3C Community Group. I've had the chance to work on industry-defining design systems at Salesforce and Shopify; lead front-end architecture projects at BBC, Guardian, and Financial Times; write a book about CSS architecture; and make more than 30 appearances on stage, in podcasts, or conference panels. I also helped Netlify their its AI frontend development platform from 2 to 5M developers. In 2019, I founded the Design Tokens W3C Community Group, providing open standards for products and design tools to share design foundations at scale. On the side, I invest and join advisory boards of early-stage design and developer tooling companies.
