Hey Môceo team, I would like to congradulate you for your product and give you my feedback as a technology enthousiast. Starting with the positives, I like the clean and tight environment of Môveo AI, the chat tab with special cases and I find the 1month trial a very nice gesture from you and enough time for someone to experiment and try it out. Moving on, I also liked the videos explaining every tab, but I found them difficult to follow due to jargon. Also you see them not from the beginning, so in the beginning I feld a bit lost. So a feedback from a non expert is maybe put a video with the sign up and setting up process in the early beginning and also a simple solved example to help non experts to start with. I am sure this would help management and sales to understand better what this tool could do. Also on that thought I believe that the analytics are nice to also be accessed on their own in a phone environment. Again I am saying this having management in mind. Also, I have a question: How (and how fast) is a topic recognized as special case and is redirected to a private chat?
