Looks like a great tool and very affordable. However there is very little information on the website about the company and people running this service. Considering I will have to give full root access (I assume?) to the installer script so it can monitor everything, I feel very uncomfortable not knowing about the company/people running this service. I couldn't find any information on Google or...
