Based on my personal experience, Mubert does NOT create good experiences for their customers. I feel disappointed. If I could go back in time, I wish I didn't subscribe their plan at first. When I tried to cancel my Annual Pro Subscription by clicking the "Cancel" button, an error popped up at the bottom left corner saying "Error during subscription cancel". Eventually I got my Annual Pro Subscription cancelled by clicking the "Cancel" button to cancel my Annual Ambassador (Free) Plan. Weird, right? This subscription cancellation process is time-consuming & disappointing. Additionally, I have tried writing two emails - one, sent two weeks ago, requesting for a refund & asking how to cancel my subscription; another one, sent recently, confirming if my subscription got properly cancelled. Unfortunately, both emails don't get a response at all. This made me feel very disappointed at their customer services as well. Considering all these, I won't suggest Mubert to anyone if you have other options to choose from. Hope this review is helpful for your decision making process.
