⚠️ I was a paid Pro user on Bolt with a 60 million token plan. I requested to cancel my subscription temporarily, with the intention to use my remaining tokens and possibly resubscribe later. Support confirmed in writing that my token pack would remain available. But after canceling: My token balance was reset to 0 The discussion/chat feature stopped working entirely, showing “Error occurred. Retry” Support stopped replying for several days until I followed up again Even now, my issue is not resolved — I’ve lost access to what I paid for, and the broken UI hasn’t been fixed. On top of that, when you ask Bolt to fix a simple bug or syntax issue, it often rewrites the entire file, breaks your UI/UX structure, and still fails to fix the original problem. It feels like it rewrites excessively just to consume more tokens, which is a terrible user experience. I had high hopes for Bolt, but this kind of support and behavior is unacceptable — especially for paying users. If they fix it, I’ll update this review. But for now, I can’t recommend using it for real work.
