We built a 60-second personal brand audit here is what it consistently finds

Been running the MilanAura free brand audit for a few months now. The pattern it surfaces is consistent enough that I want to share it publicly.

Most professionals who run it score between 25 and 55 out of 100. Not because their expertise is weak the opposite is usually true. The gap is almost always structural.

Three things show up most:

Profile Authority is low. The headline describes a job title. The About section reads as a CV. Neither communicates what changes for a buyer who works with them.

How we built the first bilingual AI brand strategist — Ask Milan, in English and Arabic

Building in public, so here's an honest update including the parts that didn't work.

What we built:
Ask Milan is a bilingual AI brand strategist inside MilanAura. It works in English and Modern Standard Arabic not translated after the fact, but reasoning natively in both. The wedge is the GCC market: senior experts (executive coaches, consultants, founders) whose highest-value audience often reads in Arabic, and who every English-first branding tool quietly under-serves.

Why bilingual was harder than expected:
Translation is the easy 20%. The hard 80% is register an argument framed for a Doha boardroom uses different proof, different formality, sometimes a proverb that has no English equivalent. Early versions translated word-for-word and produced Arabic that was technically correct and culturally flat. Native GCC readers spotted it instantly. We rebuilt so the Arabic is generated as Arabic, not English-in-disguise.

Honest numbers:
Months of building. Product is live (app.milanaura.app). Small but real signal Arabic content is already pulling out-of-network reach from the Riyadh region, which is exactly the audience English-only tools miss. We're pre-scale and talking to our first cohort now, so this is early, not a victory lap.

Week one after launch — what we're building next

Launch week is done. Here's what we're focused on now.

Voice DNA is live and working.
Brand Pulse is scoring visibility across six dimensions.
Arabic content generation is live native MSA, not translation.

What we're building next: finalizing the Monday pack composition the exact 14 files that represent a complete week of branded content for a professional. This is the feature I'm most careful about. The generation works. The specific composition is what I want to get exactly right before calling it done.

For anyone who tried the product during launch week what did you find most useful and what felt incomplete?
Genuinely asking. This feedback shapes what ships next.
