About
Mechanical engineer and founder of Horizon, a platform that gives businesses real time financial visibility by automating bookkeeping and reconciliation. I’ve worked on propulsion systems at NAVAIR and hydropower infrastructure at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and I’ve also served in project and program roles where I saw firsthand how messy project finances, contractor tracking, and operational costs can become. I hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering focused on dynamics, controls, vibrations and robotics; I also have an MBA where I explored financial technology. Horizon came from that experience. Most businesses still operate on delayed books and backward looking reports. I’m working to change that so owners can understand their finances while the business is running.
