Upvote if you believe marketplaces CAN be more ethical. As e-commerce entrepreneurs hustling for income, Avoy's founders have been through it. Reserves hit out of nowhere, and our hard earned money held hostage for months – ugh! When there are problems with an item or shipping, for some reason, we were assumed wrong. This sort of thing happened at Etsy, eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces...
