What's great
The tracking features are unique compared to other alternatives. The system is very comprehensive and sophisticated. On the other hand, they offer a system where they handle the entire implementation from start to finish. Highly recommended.
What needs improvement
While they have countless integrations with various CRM/Payment/Etc systems, it would be great if they continued adding options, but it is a minor detail; they always have the solution to get Referral Programs up and running!
