This is a Beta Preview channel for CLIDE. If you've used or plan to try it out, please leave your thoughts, insights, questions, bug reports, and/or feature requests here. Thanks for trying out CLIDE. So, here's what CLIDE currently does:
Install size is < 2mb, and CLIDE works on your local workstation and also works over SSH
Allows editing of multiple files from one window, without needing to close previous files.
Has multi-file search capabilities to find matching terms across your codebase.
Allows creating files and folders from within the IDE.
CLIDE is a terminal-based IDE built for developers who work directly on remote servers over SSH. Sometimes you're already SSH'd into a server and just need to fix something: change a Django setting, edit a `.env` file, patch a configuration, search through a project, or make a quick code change.
That's where Nano and Vim can start to feel limiting. CLIDE brings an IDE-like workflow directly into your Terminal and works over SSH too.
