I’ve always loved building things and chasing random ideas, sometimes too many at once. But this year I finally made my middle school dream come true by shipping my own iPhone app. A few years ago, after reading the leaked Google memo “We Have No Moat, And Neither Does OpenAI” I couldn’t stop thinking about how this AI wave gives us Indie devs and hobbyists a real chance to shape what the future looks like.
