I decided to sell my SaaS Startup PageToWeb. PageToWeb connects to users Facebook Business page and creates a professional website from it. The reason I'm selling is that I'm no longer interested in this idea, I'm more like a builder and not a marketer. I think this is a great opportunity for someone interested in this space since I believe this is the only application in the market that can create a website from your Facebook information. Hi There- Wanted to see if this community had any recommendations on a company that could help with technical due diligence from an acquisition? Long story short but me and 2 partners are looking to buy a few small SaaS apps and use our marketing/sales skills to grow them. Unfortunately, we don't have coding backgrounds. We'd be open to hiring a company or an individual to help us with the technical due diligence. Any recommendations/suggestions?
