Great concept, but the UI/UX is pretty brutal on the platform. For example, even simple things like not being able to edit data prior to submission. No confirmations of any kind (email) that the data has been submitted. The support chat icon is hidden - you have to refresh the page and click on it in the 2 seconds that it appears before it disappears again. The expectation set on support...
