Congrats on the launch, @benmillerise and team! Throughout the new Fundrise 2.0 platform, I noticed your (primary) value prop messaging has changed from "real estate investing" to "private market investing". Is this stylistic, or a hint that you plan to expand into other private asset classes in the near future?

@madelaine_d_angelo @michael_d_angelo Congrats on the launch! Long-term, how do you think about diversifying sources of capital, e.g. retail <> accredited <> institutional? Any plans to take advantage of Title III or Reg A+ to open up to non-accredited investors? Or is the plan to have institutional capital eventually be the primary source of capital once you have a more mature track record?

Incredibly disappointing. Have gone from "democratizing stock investing" to democratizing levered speculation, an empirically proven wealth-destroying strategy. Even using cutesy language -- "Gold buying power" -- to make margin trading more palatable to retail investors. "Robinhood". The irony.

Congrats on the launch @kendrickesq & team! Spent a lot of time thinking around equity crowdfunding when the JOBS act was passed way back in 2012. (4 years later... Funny how Congressional "mandates" work 😉). Curious on your take on a couple q's: 1) how do you manage against adverse selection, i.e. avoiding presumably lower quality dealflow that's already been passed on by traditional angel /...
