We’ve been using Callgoose SQIBS for a few months now, and it really sends real-time alerts and automatically notifies the right people, which has helped us catch and fix problems before they became serious. The interface is easy to use and Microsoft teams have worked smoothly so far. We'd love to see more ready-made automation templates in the future, but overall, it's been a great tool for improving our IT operations.
