This seems like a great product although I don't directly manage anyone. I'll also say that managing != leadership as I feel I've been a leader in various positions throughout my career, but I usually did not directly manage others. Would anyone happen to know of a similar service for senior technical contributors who'd like to transition into leadership roles?
