Booklet
I've been using Booklet for a few weeks now in beta form as part of a small, private community. It's *nice*. This is a tough space, and success will be hard. But if you want to give your community its own space, if you value thoughtful, human-centric (calm?) design and delightful experiences, and if you don't want to force people to master a complex, arcane tool, then Booklet should be top of your list.
Literal makes it trivial to automatically generate screenflows based on your current production app. It further annotates those screenflows with conversion/performance/funnel metrics and usage identifiers. I've led product for two major mobile apps each with millions of active users. This is the sort of thing that is always requested, useful across the organization, and so cumbersome to produce that nobody every does. Even in this early stage, Literal lets you do something that was previously, practically impossible.
