Josh Bartch is a dedicated investor, entrepreneur, and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in global capital markets. He has built multiple ventures and overseen transactions totaling over $1 billion. His focus includes structuring deals, financing, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, and strategic business development. He is the CEO of MavDB Consulting, LLC, and also the founder of Blackstone Mercantile Group. Josh began his first business while attending Colorado State University and successfully sold it. In 2007, he co-founded a digital transcription platform that served clients across the legal, medical, academic, and business sectors. In 2011, he launched a boutique private investment.
