Josh Bartch is a dedicated investor, entrepreneur, and consultant with more than 15 years of experience in global capital markets. He has built multiple ventures and overseen transactions totaling over $1 billion. His work includes deal structuring, financing, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, and strategic business development. He currently serves as CEO of MavDB Consulting, LLC, where he advises companies on capital markets strategy, growth opportunities, and business development. Josh began his first business while attending Colorado State University and later successfully sold it. In 2007, he co-founded a digital transcription platform that served clients across the legal, medical, academic, and business sectors.
