Before I earned a Computer Science degree or an MBA, my dad taught me the lesson that shaped my life most: the power of compound interest. Years later, when I opened investment accounts for my kids, my daughter Everly asked, "If we invest my money... is it just gone?" She couldn't see it anymore, so investing felt like losing it. That's when I realized something: kids can't care about money they never see. I built the first version of MemoryBank in my basement so my kids could watch their real money grow.
