What's great
ITK documents is a great tool for anyone that needs to manage contract obligations. I took a look just to kick the tires and I was blown away by how quickly it was able to accurately extract information from the documents. ChatGPT or Claude might have been able to extract the details, but what I really like about the product is it pushes the information into a useful workflow for managing the actual contract work - a lot of tools on the market can extract data from documents, but this one lets you then act on it and manage your work in an intuitive way. Clearly developed by someone that understands what contract managers need to succeed.
What needs improvement
The initial onboarding experience doesn't give you much in the way of explanation of where things are, so definitely recommend watching the welcome videos and reading the documentation, but once you know where things are, its super powerful and not hard to navigate around
vs Alternatives
SirionITK is simple to sign up and test yourself, no sales cycle or big contract at the end. Not a lot that is comparable that I've seen in the market - a lot of vibe coded stuff that's just a wrapper for GPT, and a lot of workflow engines that either have no AI or have a ton of front end cost. Excellent product.
