They make you go through multiple sets to cancel your subscription. Bad faith way to let a customer go. You have to click downgrade to free and it feels like you are done. They sneakily don't cancel until you click another thing in an email they send you. I would likely have come back to this product but something like this turns me off about the company as a $$$ con. I paid for multiple months...
