Nice project, I love the idea of giving an engineer the assess their own ability. So often that's feedback that comes way too late in the hiring process by which point a lot of time has already been invested and potentially wasted. Feels like this could be game-changer even for teams who already do a lot of async communication. We record and share a lot of videos using Loom, but always find ourselves falling back to long comment threads off the back of these, or polls in Slack to up the engagement. Having all of that in one place would be so useful.
