I'm Jon Prescott, a founder in Cardiff, Wales. I've spent over twenty years in digital, including Director of Digital at The Royal Mint and Global Director of Digital Performance at Assurant. I build Cavefish, an emotion intelligence company. We measure how people actually come across, across face, voice and text, and turn it into something you can act on. It powers EchoPitch, an AI coach that scores how you present, and Photo Score, which tells you what your headshot really says. My ambition is simple. Almost every decision between people turns on how someone comes across, yet that signal is barely measured. I want to change that, built openly on a model stack we own rather than rent, from Wales for the world.
