I was living in shared accommodation, and one of our roommates used to pin bills and receipts to the poster board beside the front door. I thought, why not make this digital. So you will be able to post proof of your expenses, your roommates will approve them or dispute them if the amount is incorrect or if they don't agree with the expense.
