When I look at a tool, I'm not only looking at the tool, but the people who made it. The team is very reactive when we need a question to be asked and want's for us to perform with the tool while they are making it better, for me that's as important as the tool itself. Now for the tool. I find the UI very straightforward which for me is essential for time saving and my whole experience is great with it. I find it easy to build my sequences in order to optimize my responses to the leads coming in. Being in real estate, I can't afford to waste time on things that don't bring back revenue, and I know I'm not the only one. We all think that time is money. So for this tool hits the spot on many levels.
