Firebase has enabled us to focus less on our backend and more on crafting user features that people directly interact with. With Firebase, our development time has dramatically shrunk as features that would've taken weeks to implement were created in days.
Animant is a graphically intensive app, with live 3D and video interactions. While Animant could've been made using a cross-platform framework, building the app native with SwiftUI for Apple platforms delivered the highest graphics performance - especially when users rotate 3D models. SwiftUI has also enabled the app to look stunning in iOS 26's new Liquid Glass interface, and feels right at home alongside other native apps.
