I drive long hours, so the gym isn’t an option. The madmuscles app became my mobile gym. I do quick sets near my truck during stops — my stamina went up, and my belly went down.
What needs improvement
Would be great to have more stretches or mobility routines for drivers. Sometimes my neck and shoulders get stiff after long rides, so short recovery sessions would help a lot.
vs Alternatives
The workouts are quick, flexible, and easy to follow anywhere. Other apps felt complicated, but this one keeps things simple and consistent, which is exactly what I needed.
Does the app offer enough variety in exercises?
Plenty of variety! From quick bodyweight sets to full workouts, I never get bored. Maybe a few more back-focused routines would make it perfect.
Are there features you expected but didn’t find?
Would love a section focused on recovery or mobility. After long drives, some guided stretching would be perfect.
How well does the app adapt when goals or fitness change?
The app adjusts well — when I change my goals from weight loss to strength, the workouts adapt instantly. It feels personalized and flexible.
