I emailed the company to change my dosage. Afterwards, I tried to log into my account numerous times but CATCHA would not let me in. I called to find out the issue. The customer service representative told me they had no control over the CATCHA., and he could nothing to help me. I asked him to cancel my account. After hims charged my account, I called again. I explained the situation. He told me that my package had already been shipped but not changed from what I had requested. I told him about the previous interaction with the company's representative. He told me they have been having issues with their website but there was nothing he could do. After this delivery, I will no longer have a relationship with this company They seem to just want to make money and not are not concerned about what is best for their customers health.
