Hey all, I've been frustrated with "readiness" scores from Whoop, Oura, and Apple Watch for years. They measure HRV and sleep stages, then slap a composite number on your morning. Useful for autonomic state, but autonomic state isn't cognitive state. Your Whoop can tell you your nervous system is stressed. It can't tell you your reaction time is 80ms slower than yesterday.
