i liked that they don't ask you who the stuff belongs to when they come to pick it up Pros: not sure if it's allowed, but i put some of my own stuff in the box too just for storage Cons: not in north carolina, so I have to go back to nyc to get the stuff if I don't want to pay the delivery fee
