We used CT for two tax seasons(2020 & 2021). We never could get the 2021 ledger to balance. At first, these guys were on it, but now they refer clients to other companies to reconcile your private ledger. You know, the one you'll use with the IRS. We have had open tickets since early 2022. ETH2 staking through them for a loop, we never could get the cost correct. I could go on for hours about the crap they collectively blew up our shirts. They are too expensive and have lousy date exports. We are figuring they may have cost our family six figures in lost income and/or tax overpayment. The dust is still flying, and I can't get my statement from tax season 2021 because of their program error. (We have copies; I just want to bitch some more) I have never seen anything like it, and it reminds me of dealing with a telecom company or your local CAD. Oh, include your local city hall as well. Be scared, be very scared.
