They couldn't activate my phone, and they ported my number. Which locked up my phone with them and my previous provider. They will not provide me a refund. Have to disputed with visa to do a charge back. Now I have no phone just before the holidays. I have to purchase a new phone. Wing really screwed me up and took my joy out of Christmas.
