gonna test it out ... curious as to how this is any different than inspectlet (super high quality videos) or mouseflow (lower quality videos but nice interface).

I haven't had much success with Zoom, too much crashing. I ended up going with Uber conference and I love it, no pin needed (pins are the worst) and it was half the price.

Trello is a very loose (but still amazing) project management tool. It's good for small projects.I haven't seen a great PMing tool that's out there that is easy to use, works off of a backwards timeline, has notifications to help yo uhit your goals, works well across devices (web and apps), and is affordable. If anyone has any reccs, I'd love to hear.

Does it include a customer facing app or would the dealer(dispensary) need to outsource that and integrate it with Baker. I'm not seeing many mom and pops out there with hundreds of loyal customers take advantage of an app with a loyalty program, but I think the dispensary industry is ready for this.
