We were looking for solutions that allowed us to integration user reports into our existing workflow but just couldn't find any. We have some big goals, such as using machine learning to detect duplicate reports and allow users to essentially "+1" an existing report. It'd be interesting to hear some pain points that this community may have had with your own experiences with bug reporting software.
