Hi Justin. A geohash is great for shortening an actual location by its position... As far as I can tell no actual address data is assigned to the hash however. We are about shortening the actual address data itself... Rather than pinpointing a certain position to a hyper degree of accuracy... Take the checkout/telling my friend my address for example.... A geohash would guide the person/package...
