The 10-hour usage cap feels extremely restrictive and significantly undermines the value of the service. What had the potential to be a truly excellent editor ends up feeling like an upsell trap. Limiting access this severely — especially for paying customers — gives the impression that the priority is revenue over user experience.
Please consider a more user-friendly approach. Earning trust through value and fairness is ultimately more sustainable than aggressive throttling that alienates loyal users.
