I use Slack everyday. My only criticism is that sometimes, they get it right and then keep iterating on something which was absolutely fine. There are now so many features in the product I can feel like I'm not getting the most out of it.
Zoom has recently made some really well thought out updates to the product which make it far easier to use. I've never had an issue with reliability or call quality and the recording function is helpful when working remotely.
