My experience has been so bad that I created this account to review. I can't edit captions on my desktop as they don't appear. First video is still "finalizing" after 2 days. Reached out to support with screenshot and no follow up response after I sent screenshots the day prior. Screenshot is marked as "not seen" and support person is now "away." Found out I could use the product on my phone...
