What AI model powers SnapSkill?
We use Anthropic's Claude API for all AI features — lesson generation, the tutor chat, course creation tools, quiz generation, and content improvement. We chose Claude specifically for its safety profile and quality of long-form educational content.
Is Kids Mode safe?
Yes — Kids Mode is COPPA-compliant. Children's data is handled with strict privacy controls, no data is used for AI model training, and parents get a full dashboard to monitor progress, set limits, and manage profiles.
How does the AI personalization actually work?
Every lesson is generated fresh by Claude AI based on your skill level, past performance, and learning goals. After each session, the system adjusts difficulty and targets your weak spots using spaced repetition principles. It's not a pre-recorded lesson — it's written for you, every time.
How is this different from Duolingo or Coursera?
Great question! Duolingo is subject-specific (languages). Coursera is passive video content. SnapSkill combines both sides: adaptive AI micro-lessons on any topic you choose, plus a marketplace of expert-created courses with verified certificates. And the creator tools are in a different league — AI builds your course outline, quizzes, and thumbnails automatically.
How does FlowSense handle businesses with multiple bank accounts or entities?
Great question! FlowSense currently syncs all accounts connected through your QuickBooks or Xero — so if you have multiple bank accounts already linked in your accounting software, they all flow in automatically.
