Here I am at 26, a young dad still trying to figure out what success means. The same question I wrote a book about at 21. Five years later, I don't have a cleaner answer. But I do have a way of working. Small things, done patiently, one at a time. That's 26Studio. A one-person SaaS studio I run from Bali. Right now I'm building Personade. Personade turns one demo video into hundreds of personalized ones. A founder records a single 90-second demo, uploads a list of leads, and Personade makes a version for each lead where the founder greets them by name and company, in the founder's own voice, with the lips matching. Each lead gets their own landing page with the video and a call-to-action button. It is essentially, a custom Loom for every prospect, without recording 500 Looms.
