I was just speaking with my team this morning about moving to CleverTap from Intercom. From what we've learned so far from the CleverTap team we can get a much better understanding of user behavior at individual and cohort levels. Moreover, as a CEO I need to be able to get daily, weekly, monthly reporting in an easy to read dashboard / reports. My reporting in Intercom is ZERO or is so complex...

Great idea Steven and very timely as we just submitted provisional patent paperwork this week. Hopefully this can take some of the complexity and cost out of the process.
