I build software and write books around one idea: systems reward what they can measure and quietly lose what they can't. That thread runs through everything I work on, from organizational theory to engineering process to how we deploy AI. These days I lead engineering at a hospitality platform, ship open-source agent infrastructure on the side, and spend most of my spare thought on where machine cognition and human judgment meet. I come from pure math, lean futurist by temperament, and believe the problems worth solving rarely reduce to a checklist.
