That s exactly why I made WhereUAt.
It s an event organising app with real-time location sharing only for a short window:
15 minutes before the event start time
15 minutes after the event start time
Outside that window, there s no location sharing.
Just enough to reduce the Where are you? messages, without turning it into full-time tracking.
